Beso de Rosas Margarita: Our Floral Take on a Mexican Icon

Whether you’re saying goodbye to the lingering days of summer or eager to welcome autumn’s cool arrival, it’s an appropriate time for a light and friendly kiss. Enter Mixologist Martin Robles Ansurez. Working behind bars since the 1990s, Ansurez has honed his craft, increasing his knowledge in tiki and molecular cocktails and collaborating with fellow mixologists to create a menu of inspired libations.

The Beso de Rosas Margarita is a delicious tribute to the subtle nature of roses. This delicate cocktail features a spectacular color gradient and flavors that call forth the best of whichever season you prefer. Try your hand at making yourself a drink at home. From the smooth boldness of the Maestro Dobel Tequila (reposado, añejo, and extra añejo) to the nuanced notes imparted by roses, you’re certain to dream of Los Cabos’ sunkissed shoreline, and then, make plans to sip the version made at Pueblo Bonito. You know, to compare notes.
